Membership Guidelines

Any adult who actively studies or plays a musical instrument or is engaged in the study of vocal music, in a non-professional, non-collegial capacity, is eligible for regular membership. Any adult who wishes to receive the Forum’s newsletter only is eligible for Associate or Instructor membership. (See the AMSF policy statement regarding membership for more specific guidance.) To join, complete and mail this form with your check made payable to AMSF.
