Hala Tomey hosted a delightful Cadenza program in her lovely home in Washington, DC, on Sunday, March 10th. The performers were six in number with several large-scale pieces from the Classical and Romantic periods, as well as several Preludes in C Major and a humorous modern piece.
Cadenza recitals are intended primarily for members of intermediate to advanced levels of skill and experience, and this recital exhibited a high level of performance on Hala’s beautiful 6’1 Kawai grand.
